- Licence. You grant COBO COLLECTIVE LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, edit for clarity/length, and publish your review on Free-PornTrials.com and in our marketing, for as long as the review is published on our site.
- Moderation. We may pre- or post-moderate, edit for clarity or brevity, refuse, or remove any review at our discretion. We do not undertake to publish every review.
- Notice-and-takedown. If you believe a published review is unlawful (e.g., defamatory or infringing), report it under our Complaints, Corrections and Takedown Policy. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and may remove or restrict access pending assessment.
- Repeat-infringer policy. Users who repeatedly submit unlawful material may be blocked from future submissions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK/EU, you may also benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.

General
If any part of this Agreement is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign without our written consent. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
