Who We Are
Free-PornTrials.com is an independent adult website review and comparison service operated by COBO COLLECTIVE LIMITED (company number 16501340), registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 195–197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU.

We aim to publish accurate, lawful and responsibly presented information. This policy explains how users, performers, rights holders, website operators and other affected parties can report concerns, request factual corrections or ask us to remove material.
How to Submit a Complaint
All complaints, correction requests and takedown requests must be sent by email to hello@free-porntrials.com. Your email should clearly explain the nature of the complaint and identify the material concerned.
Where possible, include:
- The exact URL of the relevant Free-PornTrials.com page
- The title or description of the disputed material
- The specific words, image, screenshot, logo, link or claim being challenged
- A clear explanation of why you believe it is inaccurate, unlawful or should be removed
- Any evidence supporting your complaint
- Your full name
- Your contact details
- Your relationship to the person, business or material concerned
- Evidence of your authority if you are acting for someone else
- The outcome you are requesting
Incomplete complaints may take longer to assess. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
Our Response Time
We aim to acknowledge properly submitted complaints within 72 hours of receiving them. An acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted the complaint or agreed to remove the material.
The time needed to reach a final decision will depend on:
- The seriousness and complexity of the complaint
- Whether supporting evidence has been provided
- Whether we need to contact another party
- Whether ownership, identity or authority needs to be verified
- Whether specialist or legal advice is required
- Whether the complaint concerns an urgent safety issue
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints without unnecessary delay.
Urgent Safety Reports
Complaints involving an immediate safety, exploitation or legal concern will be prioritised.
This includes reports involving:
- A person who is or may be under 18
- Child sexual abuse material
- Non-consensual sexual content
- Sexual exploitation or trafficking
- Stolen intimate material
- Image-based sexual abuse
- Serious threats or harassment
- Unlawful disclosure of private information
- Material that may create an immediate risk of harm
Do not send illegal images, videos or other prohibited files to us.
Instead, provide:
- The relevant page URL
- The external website URL, where applicable
- A written description of the concern
- Any reference number from a relevant authority, if available
Suspected illegal material should also be reported directly to the appropriate police, law-enforcement or child-protection authority.
Factual Corrections
We welcome requests to correct factual errors.
You may contact us if you believe that a page contains incorrect or outdated information about:
- Trial prices
- Trial lengths
- Membership prices
- Renewal terms
- Billing frequency
- Cancellation procedures
- Payment processors
- Available content
- Website features
- Streaming quality
- Site ownership
- Performer involvement
- A site’s current operating status
- Redirects or broken links
Please identify the exact statement you believe is wrong and provide evidence of the correct information.
Where we confirm that information is materially inaccurate, we may:
- Correct the statement
- Clarify the wording
- Add relevant context
- Update the page
- Add a correction note
- Remove the information
- Remove or replace an outdated link
Minor spelling, formatting or stylistic disagreements may not require a formal correction.
Reviews, Opinions and Negative Coverage
Free-PornTrials.com publishes independent reviews and editorial opinions.
Website operators, studios, affiliate managers and other commercial parties may request the correction of factual errors. However, they cannot require us to remove or change an honestly held editorial opinion simply because they dislike it.
We will not ordinarily remove legitimate criticism because:
- A website received a negative review
- A site operator disagrees with our conclusion
- A commercial partner wants a higher ranking
- A review may discourage sign-ups
- The content is commercially inconvenient
- A site has ended or threatened to end an affiliate relationship
- A competing website received more favourable coverage
We may retain a negative review where:
- The factual basis is accurate
- The opinion is honestly held
- The wording is relevant to the reviewed service
- The content serves a legitimate consumer-information purpose
We may still revise a review where new evidence shows that the underlying facts have changed or were incorrect.
Requests from Performers and Rights Holders
Performers, creators, studios, photographers, copyright owners and authorised representatives may request that we review material referring to them.
We are willing to update, restrict or remove material where there is a genuine concern involving:
- Copyright
- Ownership
- Consent
- Performer safety
- Privacy
- Personal data
- Misidentification
- Exploitation
- Unlawful distribution
- An invalid or unauthorised promotional asset
- Another serious legal or ethical concern
A request will not automatically result in removal. We will consider the evidence, the nature of the material and the legitimate purpose for which it is used.
Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints must be submitted by email to hello@free-porntrials.com. How we own and use content, and the basis on which we use third-party material, is explained in our Copyright, Trademarks and Content Use Policy.
A copyright complaint should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The exact URL where the disputed material appears
- A description of the image, screenshot, logo, text or other work concerned
- An explanation of why the use is believed to be unauthorised
- Evidence that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner
- Your full name and contact details
- The action you are requesting
Where you are acting for a copyright owner, include evidence of your authority. We may request additional information to establish ownership, authorship, licensing or authority.
Screenshots, Logos and Promotional Images
Free-PornTrials.com may use original screenshots, brand names, logos and non-explicit promotional images for purposes such as:
- Reviewing a service
- Identifying a website or brand
- Explaining how a membership works
- Comparing adult services
- Reporting on available features
- Providing consumer information
- Illustrating editorial commentary
The appearance of a brand, logo or screenshot does not mean that the brand owns, operates or endorses Free-PornTrials.com. Our full ownership and permitted-use terms are in our Copyright, Trademarks and Content Use Policy.
We will consider credible complaints that a particular image or asset:
- Has been used without appropriate permission or legal basis
- Is no longer authorised for promotional use
- Incorrectly identifies a person or business
- Creates a false impression of endorsement
- Contains material that should not have been published
- Raises a genuine consent, privacy or safety concern
Personal Information and Privacy Complaints
You may contact us if you believe that Free-PornTrials.com publishes inaccurate, excessive, private or otherwise inappropriate personal information about you.
Your request should identify:
- The relevant page
- The personal information concerned
- Why you believe it is inaccurate or should not be published
- Any correction you are requesting
- Evidence needed to verify your identity or connection to the information
Do not send more identification information than is reasonably necessary. We may request limited evidence to verify that a person making a request is the affected individual or is authorised to act for them. Privacy and data-protection requests may also be handled under our Privacy Policy.
User Reviews and Ratings
All submitted user reviews are subject to human approval before appearing publicly. The rules for what users may submit are set out in our Acceptable Content Policy.
You may report a user review if you believe that it:
- Contains false factual claims
- Includes personal or identifying information
- Contains threats or harassment
- Makes unsupported allegations of criminal conduct
- Infringes copyright
- Promotes illegal material
- Appears fraudulent
- Was submitted for promotional manipulation
- Breaches our Acceptable Content Policy
A disagreement with a user’s personal opinion is not, by itself, sufficient grounds for removal.
We may:
- Reject a pending submission
- Remove a published review
- Edit personal or prohibited information
- Ask the submitter for clarification
- Preserve relevant records where necessary
- Restrict repeated abusive submissions
Temporary Removal During an Investigation
We may temporarily remove, disable or restrict access to disputed material while a serious complaint is investigated.
This may include temporarily removing:
- An image
- A screenshot
- A link
- A performer reference
- A factual claim
- A user review
- A rating
- An entire page
Temporary removal does not mean that we accept liability or agree that the complaint is valid. Material may be restored if the complaint is unsupported, withdrawn or resolved in favour of continued publication.
How We Assess Complaints
When reviewing a complaint, we may consider:
- The evidence supplied
- The apparent reliability of the complainant
- Whether the complainant owns the relevant rights
- Whether the complainant is authorised to act
- The accuracy of the disputed information
- The public and consumer interest
- The difference between fact and opinion
- The context in which the material appears
- Whether the material is necessary to identify or review a service
- Whether less restrictive changes could resolve the concern
- The rights and interests of other affected parties
- Applicable legal and regulatory obligations
We may contact a website operator, rights holder, performer, service provider or other relevant party where this is reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint. We are not required to disclose confidential business information, internal editorial discussions or legally privileged advice.
Possible Outcomes
After reviewing a complaint, we may:
- Take no action
- Request further evidence
- Correct inaccurate information
- Clarify ambiguous wording
- Add context or an update
- Replace or remove an image
- Disable or replace a link
- Remove personal information
- Remove a user review
- Temporarily restrict material
- Permanently remove material
- Update our review or editorial conclusion
- Refer the matter to a relevant third party
- Preserve information where legally required
- Report suspected illegal activity to an appropriate authority
We will determine the most appropriate response based on the circumstances of the complaint.
Rejected Complaints
We may reject or stop responding to complaints that are:
- Clearly false
- Malicious
- Abusive or threatening
- Repetitive
- Unsupported by evidence
- Submitted using a false identity
- Made by someone unable to demonstrate the claimed authority
- Intended to suppress legitimate criticism
- Intended to manipulate rankings or editorial coverage
- Unrelated to material published on Free-PornTrials.com
- Part of a spam, harassment or intimidation campaign
Threatening legal action does not automatically make a complaint valid. We will not alter legitimate editorial content solely to avoid commercial pressure or inconvenience.
False Statements and Misrepresentation
Anyone submitting a complaint should provide accurate information and act honestly.
Do not:
- Falsely claim to own copyright
- Falsely claim to represent another person or company
- Submit altered or fabricated evidence
- Misrepresent the contents of a page
- Use the complaints process to harass another person
- Attempt to remove legitimate criticism through deception
We may retain records of suspicious or abusive complaints and may take appropriate action where a complaint appears fraudulent or unlawful.
Confidentiality
We will handle complaints with reasonable discretion.
However, information may need to be shared with:
- Our hosting or technical providers
- The operator of a linked website
- A copyright owner or authorised representative
- A performer or other affected person
- Professional advisers
- Payment, affiliate or service providers
- Law-enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Courts or other competent bodies
We will only share information where reasonably necessary to investigate, resolve or comply with legal obligations relating to a complaint.
Appeals and Further Information
If you disagree with our decision, you may reply to our email and provide:
- The reason you believe the decision is wrong
- Any new evidence
- Any material information not previously considered
- The outcome you are requesting
Repeated appeals containing no new information may not receive a further response. Nothing in this policy prevents a person from seeking independent legal advice or contacting an appropriate regulator, authority, hosting provider or court.
