1) Purpose and scope
Free-PornTrials.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) exists to help adults make informed choices about premium adult-entertainment offers. This Policy governs how we research, test, rank, label, and publish information across the site, and how our editors, writers, and contributors must conduct themselves.
2) Audience and adult-only access
- The site is for adults 18+ only.
- We do not host or produce adult content. We link to third-party sites that have their own age-verification and compliance duties.
3) Editorial independence
- No pay-to-play. We do not sell positive coverage or guaranteed rankings. Advertising or sponsorship never buys influence over our editorial decisions.
- Church/State separation. Commercial teams cannot dictate editorial outcomes. Editors may decline or remove listings that don’t meet our standards.
- Gift & comp access rule. We do not accept gifts, perks, or hospitality. If a merchant provides complimentary or discounted access for testing, we disclose it and apply the same criteria.
4) Affiliate disclosure & ad labelling
- Some outbound links are affiliate/sponsored. If you click and then purchase or subscribe, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay.
- We follow the ASA CAP Code and CMA guidance on endorsements: paid/sponsored/affiliate content is clearly and prominently labelled (e.g., “Affiliate link”, “Sponsored”, or contextual footers).
- Native ads (if ever used) are labelled “Sponsored” and kept visually distinct from editorial content. We do not use dark patterns.
5) Ranking & recommendation methodology
We aim for consistent, transparent criteria. Unless stated otherwise, evaluations consider:
- Offer value: intro price/trial length, renewal pricing, cancellation clarity.
- Content quality: catalogue depth, updates, production values.
- User experience: site speed, search, device support, accessibility.
- Trust & safety: age-verification, performer protections as stated by the merchant, complaints history.
- Privacy & billing: checkout transparency, data practices as described in the merchant’s policy, ease of cancellation.
- Availability & region: whether an offer is truly available in key markets.
If two offers tie, we may break ties by recency of testing or breadth of availability—not by payout size. Affiliate payout never decides rank.
6) Testing and verification
- Hands-on where feasible. We aim to personally sign up and test offers we feature, including playback quality, billing transparency, and the cancellation process.
- Tiered verification. Where hands-on testing isn’t feasible (e.g., region-locked, temporarily unavailable), we rely on documented merchant terms, historical tests, and corroborated user reports. Pages state when an offer is not currently hands-on tested.
- Re-checks. Time-sensitive claims (prices, trial windows) are re-checked periodically. If an offer materially changes, we update or remove it.
7) Accuracy, updates, and corrections
- We stamp “last updated” on pages or sections with price/offer information.
- If you spot an error, email hello@free-porntrials.com with the page URL and details. We aim to verify and correct promptly and will note material corrections.
8) Conflicts of interest
- Disclosure & recusal. Any contributor with a personal/financial link to a merchant must disclose it to the editor and recuse from coverage of that merchant. We disclose any material conflicts on-page if relevant.
9) User reviews (moderated)
- We allow user review submissions and moderate them for legality, relevance, and clarity. We may edit for brevity and remove unverifiable claims, illegal content, doxxing, hate speech, or marketing spam.
- We disclose where we have edited for clarity (without changing the reviewer’s sentiment). Repeat policy violators may be blocked.
10) Respect for minors and illegal content
- Zero tolerance for material involving minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, or trafficking.
- If you encounter such material on a linked site, report it there and notify us at hello@free-porntrials.com. We aim to review links and take appropriate action within 5 business days.
11) Privacy and data ethics
- We collect minimal data to run the site (see our Privacy Policy).
- Non-essential cookies (analytics/ads) operate only with your consent via our cookie banner.
- We do not sell personal data. Affiliate reporting we receive is typically anonymised conversion metadata tied to our ID.
12) Intellectual property & imagery
- Third-party names, logos, and screenshots are used for identification and commentary. Rights remain with their owners; no endorsement is implied.
- On notice of credible IP concerns, email hello@free-porntrials.com. We aim to assess and, where appropriate, adjust or remove within 5 business days.
13) Regulatory compliance
- We follow the ASA CAP Code and CMA guidance for disclosure of commercial relationships and endorsements.
- We align with UK GDPR/PECR for privacy and cookies (see our Privacy Policy).
- For users in other jurisdictions, we seek to meet comparable transparency standards (e.g., FTC guidance) in addition to UK rules.
14) Prohibited commercial conduct
We will not:
- Publish knowingly false or misleading claims.
- Label limited-time offers as “always on.”
- Recommend “free” trials that require payment without stating that fact.
- Obscure cancellation terms or renewal pricing.
- Accept consideration in exchange for undisclosed favourable coverage.
15) Governance & enforcement
Editors enforce this Policy. Material breaches by contributors can result in removal of content, termination of assignments, and—where appropriate—notification to affected parties or regulators.
16) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; the Last updated date will change. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted.
